Battison, George, Ampthill, Beds., joiner (1835–36). Received commission for 50 double and 50 single beds from the Guardians of the new Union Workhouse, Ampthill, built in 1835, and was paid £58 6s 8d in February 1836.
Baxter, Francis, address unrecorded (1709–25). Carried out work at Chicheley Hall, Bucks., between 1709–25 supplying in August 1709 a Communion Table for the Church, and in April 1723 wainscotting ‘little room with Elm’, costing £10 15s.
