Ruthin, Denbighshire, Wales; carver (fl. 1723)
A London trained carver in wood and stone. In 1719 he was commissioned by the Myddleton family to create the marble memorial to Sir Richard Myddleton in Wrexham church. Also paid 14s. in 1723 for ‘Carveing my Master’s [Myddleton’s] Coat of Armes in the New Seat in Ruthin Church’. The joiner was John Owen.
