The Graham Gadd Archive (NMS) includes a bill (above) dated 1929, and a promotional leaflet (above) probably of a similar date. The billhead states that the business was established in 1887.  

Frederick (Frank) Windsor (b.1864-d.unknown) was recorded as a cabinet maker in the census of 1881-1901 living in Bethnal Green. He was listed in London Post Office Directories at 125 Green Street, 1895-1910, and afterwards at at 228-232 Cambridge Road, Bethnal Green.
