Tasker, Thomas

Lancaster, Lancs.; cabinet maker (fl.1816-18)

The son of James Tasker, mariner of Lancaster, he was apprenticed to L. Redmayne, cabinet maker of Lancaster, from 27 May 1816. A mahogany chest of drawers has been recorded inscribed under the top right-hand drawer ‘Thos. Tasker 1818’ (sold Bonhams 16 June 2010).
