Tasker, Robert

London; cabinet maker (fl.1793–1814)

Born in 1778, Tasker was apprenticed to George Brown, a cabinet maker in Lambeth (1793). 

He was recorded at 7 King Street, Lambeth (1805–07); and at 4 Hare Row, Cambridge Heath, Hackney Road on 9 June 1814, when he purchased a Sun Insurance policy for £300 on five adjoining houses in Grove Road, Cambridge Heath [London Metropolitan Archive (LMA), Sun MS vol. 461, ref. 895142].
