Small mahogany writing table on turned legs, c.1840 (illus. Regional Furniture (1993), p. 61), recorded with pictorial maker's label which reads: ‘S. Tapster, Builder, Cabinet Maker, Undertaker, Upholsterer, Paper hanger, Sleaford.’
