Strouts, Thomas

Free of the Upholders’ Company 6 June 1711 [Guildhall Library, Upholders’ Company records]. 

Probably the same Thomas Strouts, upholder of Noce Lane, Canterbury, who in April 1723 purchased insurance cover of £250 on his house, outhouses and warehouse. In 1749 he bound Varham as an apprentice [London Metropolitan Archive (LMA), Sun MS vol. 15, ref. 28418; Society of Genealogists apprentice index].
