Sprague, William (1823-38)
Sprague, William, Exmouth, Devon, cm (1823–38). Trading at the Strand, Exmouth 1823–30 but by the latter year insolvent. He was imprisoned for debt and in May 1832 was stated to have been ‘lately a prisoner in the gaol of St. Thomas the Apostle, Devon’.
