Skinner, Richard (1823-28)

Skinner, Richard, Fore St, Tiverton, Devon, cm and u (1823–28). In March 1824 it was reported that he had been robbed of a pocket book containing £40 in notes, a fellow passenger being responsible. Declared bankrupt in January 1827, but in January of the following year it was reported that the bankruptcy proceedings against him had been suspended.
