Ryley (1787)

Ryley, -

Preston, Lancs.; upholsterer (fl.1787)

Gillows sent him six chairs for Mr. Vernon in November 1787. Richard Gillow asked him to return a packing case with battens and screws in order to save Mr. Vernon the expense of making another case to transport the other six chairs the following Wednesday. Possibly connected to John Ryley & Son, of Church St, Preston, Lancs.
