Heal records him in newspapers of 1726. William Rodwell, near Ludgate, supplied Earl Fitzwalter of Moulsham Hall with ‘Two Window Blinds of Canvas, Mosaic Gilt’, for which he was paid £4 3s on 9 February 1732.
