Dublin, Ireland; joiner and cabinet maker (fl.1679-1701)
Freeman of the City of Dublin as a Carpenter by Grace Especial, Michaelmas 1679. He was elected Warden of the Joiners’ Guild from 1700 to 1701.
Recorded in Capel Street, 1689-99.
Flying Post, 7 March 1699: ‘One Thomas Taylor, a boy about 16 years of age, of short stature, short brown hair, square-faced. Run away from his master on Sunday the 26th of February last. Whoever shall give notice of him to James Robinson, Joiner in Capel-street, so that he may be had, shall have a guinea reward’.
