near Market Cross, Blandford, Dorset; upholder (1703-1733)

Recorded as a supplier of worsted fringe and window curtains to Kingston Hall, Dorset. He was a member of Blandford Corporation and served as bailiff 1719, 1725 and 1735. Took out a Sun Insurance policy on 6 December 1733 for £300 including £150 on household goods and goods in trust in his house and shop; and £150 on a house mortgaged in Salisbury St, occupied by Robert Taylor, joiner.
