Ramm, William (1778-1799)

Ramm, William

London; cabinet maker, upholsterer (fl.1778-99)

Recorded at White Lyon Court, White Street, as a cabinet maker when he purchased a Sun Insurance policy in 1778 for £600, of which £500 accounted for utensils and stock [The London Archives (TLA), Sun MS vol. 266, p. 215].

Probably the same William Ramm listed at 14 Brownlow Street, Holborn, as cabinet maker and upholsterer (1783–99).
