A fine black and gold japanned bureau cabinet with mirror doors is inscribed in ink on one of the dust-boards ‘W. Price, maker, 1713’. The interior in walnut and the doors inlaid with the cypher ‘JS’ (illus. Gilbert (1996), figs 739-740).
