Powis, William

London; carver and gilder, picture frame and looking-glass maker (fl.1813–26)

At 4 St James's Walk, Clerkenwell (1813–23).

By February 1824 he had relocated to 18 Arlington Place, St John Street, where he purchased insurance cover of £500. At 94 St John Street in1826 [London Metropolitan Archive, Sun MS vol. 497, ref. 1014091].
