Powell, John

Wisbech, Cambridgeshire; joiner and cabinet maker (fl. 1749–94)

In 1749 he bound an apprentice named Bourn. 

He advertised in June 1766 that he had walnut planks for sale and also required a house joiner and a cabinet maker. 

Powell announced his retirement from business in March 1794 and a sale of stock followed [Society of Genealogists apprentice index; Cambridge Chronicle, 7 June 1766, 22 March 1794].
