He was at 53 Moness Street, Poplar, late Lawn Place, High Street, Walthamstow, when filing for bankruptcy on 11 June 1885. A first & final dividend was paid and discharge from bankruptcy was suspended for two months from 12 November 1886 [The Furniture Gazette, 1 July 1885; The Furniture Gazette, 1 January 1886].
