Bristol, cabinet maker, upholsterer, sofa and mattress maker (fl.1809–33)

Phillips was listed as a cabinet maker and upholsterer at Beaufort Court (1809–19); at no. 7 (1809–10); at no. 3 (1816– 19); at Beaufort, Place, Montague Street (1820-27); 5 Bridewell Lane (1828–33); and described as a sofa and mattress maker at 5 Bridewell Lane (1825–27).
