‘The Black Lyon’, Wytch St, parish of St Clement Danes, London; upholder (fl. 1713–33)

Free of the Upholders’ Co., 6 May 1713, and by August of the following year in Wytch St. Took as apps John Cremer, 1714–1726/27 and Charles Whalley, 1726–33. Possibly the same upholsterer as mentioned in the London Evening Post, 22-23 September 1744, who was brother to Sir Yelverton Peyton.
