Peace, John; Peace, D. B.

Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland; cabinet maker (fl. 1879-1918)

John Peace was one of five cabinet makers listed in Kirkwall trade directories in 1879 with his address on Albert Street. 

In 1880 the firm was advertised as D. B. Peace. 

Peace & Son of Broad Street supplied furniture and drapery to the Orkney Combination Poor House [The Furniture Gazette, 26 May 1883].  

The firm closedin 1917/18.
