Initially at 4 Bennet Street, Rathbone Place (1822-25) and subsequently moved to 1 Charles Street, Middlesex Hospital and then to 5 Upper Rathbone Place.
John, probably his son, was listed at 5 Upper Rathbone Place and another address in 1845.
