Nicholls, John snr (1812-26)
Nicholls, John snr, Exeter, Devon, cm and u (1812–26). In partnership with his son John Nicholls jnr until 1826, and in the 1820s trading from the General Commission Rooms, Newbridge. In 1812 supplied William Wade with furniture, utensils and linen which included a mahogany post bedstead at £18 18s, a secretary and bookcase at £15 and twelve single and two arm chairs at £16 16s.
