M'Lean, Charles

Fleet St, London; looking glass and picture frame maker (fl.1839-51)

Recorded at no. 181 Fleet Street in 1839 and listed at no.78 in the London Post Office Directory 1845. 

M'Lean, of 78 & 110 Fleet Street, exhibited an extremely large glass and console table 'ornamented and gilt' at the Great Exhibition, 1851 (no. 386, Class Papier Mache and Japanned Goods); illus. plate 28, Official descriptive and illustrated catalogue / Great Exhibition of the Works of Industry of All Nations (1851).
