Probably the cabinet maker, Charles Miller, listed in census records as a cabinet maker living at 12 Charles Street, Mile End (1851 and at 5 Thomas Street, Mile End (1861).
Possibly the same Charles Milton (or his son) listed as chair & sofa maker at 47 Church Street, Mile End, New Town, in the Post Office Directory 1871.
