A bill (above) dated 1894 from Milliken, for removal of furniture, and a lawyer's letter (above) dated January 1895, sent on behalf of Milliken to Mr William Lynn, Manager, Messrs. Cadell Boness, regarding the same invoice, are included in the Graham Gadd Archive (NMS). The billhead states that Milliken had taken over the business of J. Denham & Co.
