Maynard, Elizabeth, Shepherd St, Hanover Sq., London, upholder (1780–81). Took out Sun Insurance policies in 1780 for £500, utensils and stock accounting for £150; and in 1781 with John Cartwright Maynard and James Bunch for £700, of which utensils and stock accounted for £250.
