Lindow, John

Lancaster, Lancs; cabinet maker (fl.1744-1745)

He was apprenticed to Robert Gillow cabinet maker from 29 May 1744. The Gillow Archive records that John Lindow and Wm. Allanson each worked 4 hours at Captain Sandy's in May 1745. In August 1745 Gillows noted ‘John Lindow began work at Mr. Lawsons'.
