Recorded at the Old Post Office, Donegall Street, Belfast 1785—9; The Feather Warehouse, Donegall Street, Belfast 1793.

A William Lemon (probably the same man) advertised in the Salem Gazette, Massachusetts, 15 November 1796: 'William Lemon Has received a Quantity of Borders and Paper-Hangings, Super-fine Bed Tickings, best Geese Feathers, Trimings for Beds . . . Court-street, Salem.' John and Charles Lemon advertised in the same paper, 15 November 1796 ‘…they make all kinds of Cabinet Work …Salem, Court Street’ .
