Son of John Kirchhoffer senior, made Freeman of the City of Dublin as a Joiner by Birth, Easter 1768. Hall Kirchoffer was elected Warden of the Joiners’ Guild from 1770 to 1771 and Master from 1780 to 1781. In 1778 he was elected onto the Dublin Common Council for the Joiners’ Guild. Recorded at 8 Marlborough Street, 1770-81; 15 North Earl Street, 1782-4; 52 Henry Street, 1785-8; 15 North Earl Street, 1789-94; 62 Henry Street, 1796-1812.

Hall Kirchoffer was paid £374 14s 2d by the Board of Works between 5 January 1802 and 5 January 1803; £797 12s by the Board between 5 January 1803 and 5 January 1804; £466 2s l1d between 5 January 1804 and 5 January 1805; and £207 5s 6d between 5 January 1805 and 5 January 1806. Appears to have worked for the 1st Earl of Caledon in the 1770s, but his relationship with the firm run by his father John senior and brother Francis is unclear.
