Kendrick's factory was recorded at Summer Lane, Birmingham with an office & showrooms c/o W. Lincoln at 68 Watling Street, London. He was the patentee of improvement in construction of metal bedsteads and furniture castors [The Furniture Gazette, 7 July & 29 December 1877].
In late 1880 he moved his London showrooms to 149 Queen Victoria Street to allow for the display of a large assortment of iron & brass bedsteads made to new designs [The Furniture Gazette, 13 November 1880].
He was listed as a manufacturer of metal bedsteads in The Furniture Gazette Directory (1877) and The Furniture Gazette: Classified List of the Furniture, Upholstery, and Allied Trades (1886).
