Jenks, Robert
London; looking-glass manufacturer (fl. 1794–1839)
From 1794–1807 Jenks traded from 21 Surrey Street, Blackfriars. From 1815–25 the business was referred to as Robert Jenks & Son and the address given was at both 81 and 82 Fleet Street.
In 1829 R. J. Jenks (possibly a son) was trading from 16 Great Distaff Lane. From 1835–39 Robert Isaac Jenks was listed at at 55 Bread Street, Cheapside, and probably the same maker.
