A trade card (above) undated for Inmans, is included in the Graham Gadd Archive (NMS). This document states that the firm, established in 1859, was patronised by Royalty. It produced rustic summer houses, ornamental chairs, vases and tables.

John Smith, Rustic Works, Stretford exhibited rustic summer houses at the Manchester Royal Jubilee Exhibition, 1887.
