Hyde, Robert,

Worksop, Nottinghamshire; joiner (1816–d.c.1834).

Hyde carried out joinery work for the Earl of Surrey at Worksop Manor in 1816, repairing furniture and supplying minor furniture such as bidets, butlers’ trays, wood-bottomed chairs, swing-glass frames and bed steps.

In 1817 he provided a mahogany high chair. [Arundel Castle records, MD662; 1308–09].  His will, dated 7 April 1829, was proved in 1834 [Notts. Record Office, probate records].
