George Horrell was listed as bedstead manufacturer at South Place, Finsbury in 1871 Post Office Directory.

In 1877 both G. T. Horrell and Key & Horrell were situated at South Place [The Furniture Gazette Directory, 1877] and therefore the two businesses were probably related.  Horrell & Co. was listed at South Place in The Furniture Gazette: Classified List of the Furniture, Upholstery, and Allied Trades (1886).   

G. T. Horrell of 74 Great Eastern Street advertised the ‘Saratoga Wood-lath Spring Mattress’ in The Furniture Gazette, 1 January 1887.

It is possible Horrell & Besley, of 17 Phipps Street, Great Eastern Street that was dissolved at the end of 1887 was connected with G. T. Horell [The Furniture Gazette, 1 January 1888].  

G. T. Horrell advertised in The Furniture Gazette, 1 January 1889, with the address of 74 Great Eastern Street.
