Recorded at 11 New Scotland Rd in 1805; 20 Davies St in 1807; 46 Church St in 1810; 47 Church St in 1811; no. 50, 1813–14; no. 47 in 1818; no. 53, 1821–23; 89 Bold St, 1824–27; no. 93 in 1829; no. 109 in 1834; no. 97 in 1835; no. 105 in 1837; no. 32 and also 27 Lord Nelson St in 1839. Trading as John & Son from 1834–39. Carried out work at Liverpool Town Hall, receiving £443 15s 9d on 30 June 1819, £260 7s on 7 February 1820, £60 7s on 14 June 1823 and £118 19s 1d on 14 May 1825 for ‘upholsterer’s work’.
