Gunby, Day

Cross Street, Hatton Garden, London; carpenter (fl. 1798).

Patented in 1798 a system of weights, bolts and springs to operate the rising parts of tables, chairs &c. (Pat no. 2248). The system was apparently used by George & Thomas Seddon.
