A giltwood and gesso framed convex mirror, c. 1840, labelled ‘Edw. Fisher, 36 Leaden Hall Street, London’ is illustrated in Gilbert (1996), fig. 355. It was sold at Christie’s South Kensington, 7 Sept 1988, lot 362. Recorded in 1835 and listed at this same address in the London Post Office Directory 1845.
