Fildes, Thomas (1884-1886)

Fildes, Thomas

Worcester, Worcestershire; cabinet maker (fl.1884-1886)

Fildes took over the business from J. R. Cropper at 15 New Street, Worcester and moved to this address from 5 & 34 Silver Street [The Furniture Gazette, 19 January 1884]. He was listed at 5 New Street address in The Furniture Gazette: Classified List of the Furniture, Upholstery, and Allied Trades (1886).

Possibly the same Mr. Fildes, who was one of the makers and/or suppliers of oak furniture for the new Conservative Club, Worcester [The Furniture Gazette, 1 June 1886].
