Evans, Evan
Trefriw, Caernarfonshire, Wales; joiner (b. 1825)
Apprenticed to Edward Williams and in 1845 at the age of twenty went to Liverpool, returning after 13 years to work as builder and joiner. He had two sons. The eldest, David (b.1845), trained with his father and became a builder and joiner in Trefriw. John was born in 1856 and became the carpenter for the Gwydir estate.
