‘J. T. Denham’ was signed under a drawer of one of a pair of satin birch chests stamped ‘Gillows Lancaster’ made c.1840-60 [Drennan Antiques, Edinburgh, May, 2013]. Another signature appears under another drawer ‘E. Barton’.
