Cox, John

London; cabinet maker (fl.1776–1785)

Cox recorded at 32 Oxford Street in 1776 when he took out insurance cover of £100 on his utensils and stock. 

In 1785 he was situated at 21 Rupert Street and on 18 July of that year took out an insurance policy of £200 ‘on his utensils & stock in his timberyard in the Savoy’.
