Corry, William

Preston, Lancs.; joiner, cabinet maker and builder (fl.1801–02)

Freeman of Preston. In August 1801 married a Mrs Parker, widow and proprietor of the ‘George Inn’. Corry entered into a partnership with William Dalton as Corry & Dalton, Liverpool, is listed in 1814 among the creditors of the failed firm of Newall, Hannah Reid by whom they were owed £47 19s 5d.
