Cooke, Thomas, ‘The Golden Key’, Fleet Ditch, St Andrews, Holborn, London, u (1700–17). Free of the Upholders’ Co. on 1 May 1700. Took apps named John Clarkson 1705–14 and John Heath 1706–17.
