Clancy, John (1809-21)

Clancy, John, 7 New Turnstile, Holborn, London, broker and cm (1809–21). In February 1821 took out insurance cover of £600 of which £330 was in respect of stock and utensils in his dwelling house in New Turnstile. Supplied furniture to Nicholas Pearse of Loughton, Essex and Marylebone, London, consisting of a kidney shape writing table in November 1809 costing £8 8s, and further items in May 1813, £52 7s 9d and March 1815 £31 15s 6d.
