London; cabinet and chair maker, knife case manufactory (fl. 1796–1823)
Initially at 38 Smithfield but by 1802 had moved to 65 Aldersgate Street where he was to remain in business until 1823.
His trade card [Johnson Collection, Bodleian Library, Oxford] states that he made ‘Knife cases, Portable Desks and every article in the Cabinet Line — carpentry of every description’.
