Castle, Samuel (1755-1791)

Castle, Samuel

Hull, Yorkshire; cabinet maker and brewer (b.1755-d.1791)

Samuel Castle was the son of the cabinet maker, Samuel Castle. His eldest son, George, was baptised at St Mary’s, Hull, 29 May 1782. His career as a cabinet maker appears to have been short lived because he was described as a brewer at the baptisms of two further children in 1785 and 1787.
