Listed at 1 Tyrer Street with a shop at 64 Church Street (1823); 1 Tyrer Street and Cash's Buildings, Church Street (1824); 8 Clarence Street with a shop at 66 Church Street (1827–29); 4 South Hunter Street with a shop at 65 Church Street (1834); 8 Harmony Street, Great Richmond (1835); a shop at 67 Church Street (1837); and no. 36 (1839).
In January 1830 Burland was paid for supplying ‘a gilt frame for a portrait of Alderman George Case’ for Liverpool Town Hall. The portrait was by Sir Thomas Philips, R.A.., and both frame and portrait survive at the Town Hall.
