Bruce, William

Lancaster, Lancashire; cabinet maker (1766–d. 1792)

Admitted a freeman (1766–67). 

Bruce bound five apprentices between 1770–82: John Burrow (1771); John Swainson (1775); Christopher Procter & George Winder (1778); and Robert Clarkson (1785) [Lancaster freemen rolls and apprentice register]. 

Bruce's death was reported in the Liverpool Advertiser, 21 May 1792.
