Recorded as Bollam at 10 Norfolk St in 1805, and no. 11 in 1807; as Bolland at no. 10 in 1810; no. 9 in 1811, and 30 Castle St in 1813–14; as Bollard at 12 Duncan St in 1816; 18 Pitt St, with joiner's shop at no. 16 in 1818; 46 London Rd in 1821; and as Bolland at 3 St Mary's Pl., Duckinfield, 1834–39.
